We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our costumers. The U.S  Government has created specific offense  for unauthorized actions against computer system and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible.

Refund Policy 

Roco Cito LLC, will issue online store credit ONLY to any item returned due to manufacture defect, we will not issue online store credit for misuse of product or over use of any product. If coffee mugs are delivered damaged and/or broken due to post office error, The consumer must return mug in original packaging at the cost of the customer to :

The Company reserves the right to changed these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
